EcoCentral SUPPORT OVERVIEW

Energy Management Solutions’ EcoCare Service & Support program provides property owners with a path to continued energy savings through equipment maintenance, firmware upgrades, and customer support so the EcoSmart system operates in the most efficient manner possible.

EcoCare provides a support team to monitor the status of thermostats, occupancy sensors, and other EcoSmart components to ensure the system functions properly and provides maximum savings. Any deviation from established norms can be identified in real time, by real people, so immediate action can be taken to preserve occupant comfort.

SUPPORT FAQ’S

Yes, with the appropriate level of EcoCare, our Support Center will work with your staff to update EcoCentral Virtual Engineer, enter new information, and answer questions 24/7/365.

Proactive System Monitoring allows Energy Management Solutions to monitor HVAC performance and network communication status, relieving building staff of day-to-day monitoring duties. If an issue is identified, our Support Center can alert on-site maintenance staff or escalate the issue at EMS.

EcoCare services are currently offered to EcoSmart installations only. If you have non-EcoSmart products, contact an EMS Sales Representative to discuss.

Yes, you may add EcoCare services after initial installation but the extended warranty period will only apply from the date of installation. EcoCare services may be upgraded at any time.

EcoSmart’s warranty covers manufacturer’s defect and failure. Equipment damage is not covered by warranty.

Yes, you may request M&V reports, as well as training programs, on-site equipment service, and other professional services. Contact an EMS Sales Representative to discuss options.

You are able to integrate EcoSmart with your existing property management or building management system.
